Private Customer Management for Houses and Apartments in the Sydney area General secretarial work and advice in connection with your property:
Main competences: correspondence with authorities, banks, taxes, telecoms, energy, insurances, etc.
Correspondence: handling and forwarding mail, letters, basic translations etc.
Billing management: supervision of an Escrow bank account and incoming bills, monthly reporting
Housekeeping: cleaning and coordination of property management during your absence, supervision of functionality of repairs and services on all installations (water, heating, telephone) at any time during your absence, before your arrival and upon departure to/from Sydney
Representation at condominium meetings, negotiations with the house administration
Property Leasing: Renting your property – Long or Short Term

In order to proceed we will need:
Private Customer Management Agreement must be signed between Landlord and Agent
Agent will conduct an inspection of the premises and provide a Condition Report to the landlord
